No Lights No Lycra (NLNL) is a judgement-free hour of good music in a dark hall so you can let loose on the dance floor and build up a sweat by dancing like no one is watching.

Bring your friends, or come solo. All welcome. BYO water and wear whatever you’re comfortable dancing in and yes, active wear is fine ☺️
