FREE Yoga & Beach Clean Up - 12 October 2025

Start your morning with movement, connection, and community.
Join us for a Yoga class guided by one of our Jala Yoga 350hr Teacher Training graduates. The class is open to all levels (ages 13+), and no prior experience is needed. After class, we’ll spend a little time together helping with a relaxed beach clean-up.

You’ll find us just south of the Surf Club — look for the Jala Yoga A-frame sign near the path and our friendly teacher ready to greet you.

This is a free event as part of the Active & Healthy Program.
