This one-day men’s workshop is an invitation to reclaim what you’ve denied, in the company of brothers walking the same path.
The Journey Includes
1️⃣ Opening the Circle and a deep dive into "Who am I?" and "Where is your Golden Shadow?" – Grounding with Wim HOF (breathwork), intention-setting, and creating a safe and structured container for the inner-work.
2️⃣ Breakout Groups – Sharing and getting uncomfortable in smaller circles - we start putting down the mask...
3️⃣ Direct Shadow Work – Guided processes, embodiment, and role-play to confront your inner shadows at your own pace or as little and as much as you need.
4️⃣ Reclaiming the Gold – Witnessing and affirming each man’s hidden gifts, bringing strength, presence, and creativity back into daily life. Harvesting the Gold from your Shadow.
By the end of the day, you’ll leave with more than insight — you’ll leave with the weight, depth, and authenticity of a man who has faced himself. Who knows his whole self intimately and who walks beside brothers with a felt sense of Gravitas.
