Wounded Healer Circle: The Wound and Light Summer Sound Bath Meditation

Join , The Chiron Guide, for the Wounded Healer Circle series.

The first session was The Wound and The Voice. Our second session is The Wound and The Breath.

This series consists of three soulful gatherings held at an inviting air-conditioned space designed to support your healing journey through a guided sound bath meditation, sacred practices, and self-reflection.

The last theme, "The Wound & The Light," gently invites you to explore the subtle connection between your emotional wounds and the light. As Sufi Mystic, Rumi says, "The wound is where the light enters you."

Here's what you can expect:

• You'll have the chance to pull an oracle card to set an intention
• We'll have a group discussion on the theme of the month
• You'll be led through a guided sound bath meditation
• You'll be given a sacred practice to take home with you
• We'll have time for journaling
• Q&A and time for community connection

Items provided:

• A complimentary mocktail
• Yoga mat

Please bring:

• A journal and pen
• Blankets, cushion, pillow (optional)
• Water bottle (there is water available at the space)
• An open mind and heart

Although all sessions in the series will be related, you do not have to attend all sessions. Feel free to choose one session or all three.
