Pima County Consumer Health and Food Safety Division will be holding a community forum about food safety at temporary events. Refresh your memory on what an event coordinator or food vendor needs to know to safely run a food booth. We will discuss:
• Applying for permits, distinguishing between permit types available, and permitting fees
• Guidelines for your booth
• Food safety practices
• Time as a control for temperature controlled foods
