A guided meditation focused on resetting our nervous system and letting the mind drift.
Utilizing different tones and vibrations to lower the brainwaves, bringing one into altered states and towards deep relaxation and embodiment. I will be incorporating a variety of sounds using crystal sound bowls and my newly acquired gong. All while immersed in one of my favorite dance studio in Tucson.
Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, and whatever you may need to feel comfortable.
