Saturday Night Sound Bath

Sound healing is an ancient therapy that aids in balancing your physical, emotional, and mental energy. This sound healing session will include the resonant tones of gong, crystal singing bowls, and chimes. Sound vibrations will envelop the room and participants will absorb these healing frequencies, promoting a deep state of relaxation, mental clarity, and a sense of calm. This is a beautiful way to reset and recharge both mind and body.

This meditative experience will be facilitated by breathwork, Reiki and sound healing practitioner, Amy Schaller.

To prepare, please wear comfortable clothes and avoid eating a heavy meal one hour prior to the event. Bring a pillow/bolster, blanket and water bottle.

Please note that sound baths can be contraindicated for individuals who have medical devices like pacemakers, metal implants, severe mental health issues, serious health issues such as heart conditions, and are in their first trimester of pregnancy. If you have any health issues, please discuss with your doctor before participating.
