Join us for an integrative group practice combining:

movement

meditation

breathwork

and mantra

Helping you release and process emotions, feel safe in your body and express your authentic self.

What to expect:

Opening and closing circle-where we connect with breath, meditation, and our bodies fostering a safe space for expression.

35-40 minutes of movement-we will stretch, shake, do simple patterns, freely dance, breathe, and say affirmations. There will be periods of moderate or vigorous movement followed by recovery with stillness and slow movement. You always get to choose your own intensity.

You’ll leave feeling energized, lighter, and more connected to your body!

*wear clothes you can move freely in and bring drinking water*
