LAS RUINAS explores the ruined cathedrals of Antigua Guatemala—a city shattered by the 1773 Santa Marta earthquake, now known as la Ciudad de las Ruinas. Through his Bronica lens, Aaron Abbott captures these haunting relics, reflecting his own journey of rebuilding after personal devastation. The photographs whisper a promise of rebirth, where decay and resilience intertwine.
