I've been a professional artist and art teacher for 30 years. I have a passion for art history and love teaching people to paint and draw. BIO: Through storytelling, her work examines the connection between technology, community and notions of identity. Her projects highlight the delicate balance and intrinsic role nature plays in our daily lives and the positive influence it continues to have on our bodies and minds.

DAILY ART INSTRUCTION: Hone your drawing skills with daily drawing instruction centered on your experience level, instructor feedback, and group sharing sessions. You can refine your drawing abilities while sipping a latte at a local cafe/bakery and watching the sea birds dive into the sea. Basic drawing materials are all you need, but feel free to bring other art materials and, of course, your camera. You won’t want to miss these vistas.
VISUAL JAM SESSION: A creative collaboration and exchange of music and art! It will be held at the home (a local art and music venue) of cellist, Kevin Terry. Renowned San Carlos painter, Osiris Lucero, will lead us in a fun, art and music call and response. Suited for all levels.
RESCUE ANIMAL DRAWING SESSION AT CRIFFS: Tour and draw at CRIFFS, a center of excellence in wildlife rescue, rehabilitation, and research. For those who want a more lasting impact on this wonderful animal rescue organization, we have been invited to paint some turtles on their mural, with step-by-step instruction by our own "Furred and Feathered" artist Laura Milkins.
