Journey into Creation
A Creative Workshop with Kati Astraeir and Josephine Thomason

In this immersive creative workshop, we will begin by cultivating a sacred space for inspiration to flow freely. Through gentle practices of energy hygiene, we will clear the clutter—mental, emotional, and energetic—that may be blocking our creative channel. By cleansing and grounding ourselves, we create the conditions for authentic inspiration to emerge.
From this place of openness, we will connect with the deeper realms of creativity—your inner genius, your muse, and your guiding spirits. Together, we will tune into the heart of creation itself, reaching beyond the veil to receive a drop of vision from the infinite, and gently bringing it back into the here and now.
Sound will guide us inward, opening our senses and intuitive pathways to receive a unique creative transmission.
From there, we’ll move directly into the sketchbook and journal, giving form to the insights and imagery received. Whether through drawing, writing, or letting color move across the page, we will spend time anchoring our inspiration into tangible form—playfully, freely, and without pressure.
This is a space for remembering the joy of creating, reconnecting to your innate genius, and expressing what wants to come through you now.

Please bring: A journal, sketchbook, and your favorite art supplies.
