We'll teach you all the steps you need at our lesson before the dance. No experience or partner necessary!

What is Lindy Hop?
Lindy Hop was born in the Savoy ballrooms of Harlem in New York in the late 20s by the African American community and evolved to become one of the most popular dances of the swing era in the 30s and 40s. We honor the Black community and their invention of the art form we get to partipate in to this day!
Lindy-hop has grown through grass-roots movements around the world who share a love for this athletic improvisational style of dance — it’s the dance with the best sense of humor!
Please wear appropriate shoes for dancing — comfy shoes with smooth soles, no metal hobs, harsh boots, or shoes that would damage the beautiful wood floor .
