Please bring a yoga mat (and one to share, if you’re able), a pillow, and any items that support your comfort and restoration. Note: This will be a scent-free space to ensure accessibility for all.

Adun is a queer, non-binary Animist practitioner who has radically transformed their life in pursuit of wholeness and authenticity. A sober badass and deeply intuitive guide, Adun weaves together spiritual healing, somatics, and a gentle, growth-centered approach in their events, coaching, and energy work.

They support others in reclaiming their power, moving beyond the conditioning that keeps us small and stuck, and creating lives that are aligned, liberated, and worth living.
