Join us for an evening of stillness, presence, and shared intention. This group meditation will gently center around peace and the heart space, inviting you to soften inward and reconnect to love — within yourself and the collective.

We’ll open with a short guided portion, then move into silent meditation together, allowing each person to explore their own experience while being held in the energy of community.

Meditating in a group creates a powerful resonance, helping to deepen your practice and expand your sense of connection.

All are welcome. Come as you are, bring anything you need for comfort, and meet us in the stillness.
