Join us for our Grief Café, a warm and welcoming space where individuals can come together to share their experiences of loss and find support in a compassionate environment. Whether you’re navigating the recent loss of a loved one or processing grief from years past, this gathering offers an opportunity to connect with others who understand.
At the Grief Café, you can expect:
Open Dialogue: Engage in heartfelt conversations where sharing is encouraged but never required.
Resource Sharing: Access helpful materials and information about coping strategies, support groups, and more.
Comforting Atmosphere: Enjoy refreshments in a cozy setting designed to foster comfort and connection.
This event is open to all, regardless of background or faith. Come as you are, and allow us to walk alongside you on this journey of healing. Please RSVP if you plan to attend.
When: Thursday, October 21 (6:00-8:00pm)
*You are not required to stay the whole time.

About your host: I am Jessie. I am: an end-of-life doula, a hospice volunteer, a writer, and someone who has much experience with loss, a widow, and a mother of two.
I am NOT: a social worker, therapist, or counselor. I will not be providing advice or mental health counseling.
This is an inclusive space. Individuals of all ages, races, genders, sexual orientations, abilities, and cultural backgrounds are welcome. Our space is wheelchair accessible.
