Slovenski pozdravi štejejo 16 jeseni. Jeseni 2008 so se prvič zbrali na Selu pri Bledu, kjer se srečujejo še danes in po večini zelo zagreto, včasih pa tudi malo bolj lenobno, preigravajo skladbe že uveljavljenih slovenskih ansamblov.
Vsi člani prihajajo s prelepe Gorenjske, z veseljem pa se družijo z gasilci, lovci, mladoporočenci, zlatoporočenci, petdesetletniki, pa tudi tistimi -/+ 10, 20, 30 …, ko se poje, »kol'kor kapljic, tolk'o let«.
Slovenskim pozdravim srce bije v ritmu polke in valčka pa tudi rock’n’rolla in sambe.

Slovenski Pozdravi are celebrating their 16th autumn together! The group first came together in the fall of 2008 in Selo pri Bledu, where they still gather today—sometimes with unstoppable enthusiasm, and other times with a bit more laid-back charm—to play songs by some of Slovenia’s most beloved folk ensembles.
All members hail from the beautiful Gorenjska region, and they love performing for firefighters, hunters, newlyweds, golden anniversary couples, 50th birthday celebrators, and pretty much anyone marking a special occasion—especially when the traditional Slovenian toast is sung: “kol’kor kapljic, tolk’o let” (as many drops, as many years).
Their hearts beat to the rhythm of polkas and waltzes, but they’re just as happy to throw in a bit of rock’n’roll or samba to keep the party going!
