Yin Flow with Laura

Lengthen, release, and breathe in a 75 minute yin flow, designed to relieve tightness and improve flexibility throughout the body. Especially gentle, this practice is available to all skill levels and beginners. All props provided, mats available if needed.

$15 per person, per class.
