The Nest

I know a session of 'The Nest' is going to be good when the chatter doesn't need me to get it going. Today was a perfect example of that.

Around the mat we had new faces and established Nesters, tiny babies and ones mastering sitting up and rolling, but these gaps made no difference.

Buzzy chatter flowed immediately as stories were shared, questions were asked and the time was taken to have a proper conversation with an adult!

- sleep issues and nap gaps
- weaning journeys and teething
- fitness routines and housework

This lot shared it all, to the backdrop of good music, a hot drink and a flapjack to feed the soul.

Two years in and this warm & welcoming group still manages to fill my doula heart with joy.
