on SUNDAY 19th OCTOBER, at 9.30am with dressage, showing show to commence after dressage has finished.
Pre entries £8 per class, entries on the day £10 per class. No on the day entries for dressage.
Dressage by pre entry ONLY. Dressage entries close midnight Thursday 16th October. Times will be published on Friday.
Showing pre-entries will be taken until midnight Friday 17th October .

PRESENTATION OF SPECIAL AWARDS
All competitors are encouraged to attend for these.
COSTUME
Period style dress, eg. Downton Abbey, Victorian/Edwardian style for ladies & gentlemen. No fancy dress, and no skin on show please ladies. Costume for ladies is different from traditional turnout, which is smart evening performance or hunting wear.
FORMAT
In hand walk only. Novice ridden walk only. All other classes to include walk and trot as well as an individual show. You may canter in your individual show if you wish. Competitors may ride astride or side saddle. Gentlemen are most welcome to compete. It would be useful if competitors could say a little about their costume.
RESOURCES
Facebook pages that may be handy include CES Concours Extravaganza Shows UK and Concours d'elegance Society of Great Britain (CDSGB). There are lots of different forums which discuss costume and often new and pre-loved costumes and accessories can be sourced. For those who are handy with a sewing machine patterns and such like can be recommended online too.
RIDING HATS
Up to date riding hats must be worn by ALL competitors although these may be dressed/decorated to fit the theme of your costume. This is a condition of the venue.
INSURANCE
It is a condition of entry that all competitors are covered by adequate insurance. The organiser and venue take no responsibility for any incident or accident howsoever caused
