Functional Strength at Devoran Village Hall

As you probably know maintaining muscle mass is essential for
musculoskeletal support
blood sugar regulation
energy level stabilisation
bone density
fall prevention
balance.
The Functional Strength Class will be a Top to Toe strength hour for Over 40's, designed for ALL abilities with exercises specifically chosen to mirror everyday functioning and improving strength, control & confidence in day to day life.
We will be using free weights, resistance bands & loop bands but please remember to bring your own mat.
