This mini-retreat is perfect for anyone looking to navigate the new year and winter season with calm, clarity, peace of mind, steadiness and grace.
Whether you’re lamenting the old year passing, feeling excited about what lies ahead or somewhere in between, this mini-retreat is the perfect way to help navigate forward feeling rested, renewed and refreshed.
This nurturing experience connecting to your wisdom body, invites you to slow down, stay centred and calm.
We’ll explore gentle, somatic yoga movements, guided meditation, and breath practice and nourishing restorative postures supported by props (blankets, pillows, blocks, bolsters). These postures, held for longer periods of time, facilitate deep relaxation, present moment awareness and help to release tension and stress.
We’ll seal our practice with a sweet extended Savasana.

*Some props will be provided, but please bring your favorite items! (blanket, pillow, cushion,etc.)
