Deep Rest Sundays @ Portapique Community Centre

Dates: April 6, 13, 27, and May 4 (No class April 20)

This class blends gentle movement, breathwork, and Yoga Nidra—a guided meditation that brings you into deep relaxation while staying aware. Think of it as the ultimate reset for your nervous system.

🛏 What to Bring: A blanket and pillow (if desired), and cozy layers—including warm socks!

🕰 Time: 7:15-8:15 PM
📍 Portapique Community Centre
💰 Cost: Pre-register for all four classes for $35, or drop in anytime for $10 per class (no pre-registration required). E-transfer , cash the night of or square app tap.
