Butoh Healing Arts: Grassroots Workshop

Find solace through the dance of darkness: a two hour Butoh workshop educating in some historic aspects, contemporary knowledge and techniques of this healing form of movement. Exercise receptiveness to hearing with your body. Music, instruments and kinesthetic improvisation will find the inner evocation of your emotions and move them outward.
