Yoga & Nervous System Reset

Join me (Dani Boltz) for a quiet morning to reconnect, move gently, and learn simple, daily ways to support your nervous system.

This is a 2.5-hour gathering nestled on our property up on O'Brien Creek in Troy. We’ll begin with a grounding, all-levels outdoor yoga class designed to gently open the body and calm the mind. Afterward, we’ll sip herbal tea (or fizzy drinks) together and explore how the nervous system functions, what regulation really means, and learn some everyday tools to support your sense of calm and resilience.

You’ll leave feeling more connected to your body, more aware of your internal rhythms, and more equipped with small, sustainable practices to help anchor your days—especially in times of stress or transition.

What’s Included:

-1-hour outdoor yoga class (accessible for all levels)
-Herbal tea, fizzy drinks + cozy time to connect
-A nervous system regulation talk + Q&A
-Optional creek dip or sauna session afterward

Please bring: a yoga mat, blanket, water bottle, and anything you need to feel comfortable outdoors. If you don't have a yoga mat a blanket will do!
