Oh no … Chef Nigel and his merry band of kitcheneers transform our beer into masterful creations that honor Troy’s history in every bite. Named for a few Troysters who may or may not have been contemporaries of Mr. Swartwout, each dish shares one thing in common: waffles … and the fine art of waffling.
