Sound Bath Yoga Nidra Meditation with Lisa Harthun

Join us at the Troy Public Library for a FREE community Sound Bath Yoga Nidra Meditation with Lisa Harthun of Healing Balance Holistic Wellness Therapy.

Event Description: An invitation to still your body and mind, to rest, recharge, and create deeper moments of peace through soothing with sound frequencies, gentle breathwork, and guided meditation. Sound Bath features various gong, singing bowls, bell, tingsha, drum, and spoken mantras. No previous experience is necessary, and all are welcome. Please dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat, small pillow and blanket, and a covered water bottle.

Troy Public Library card holders now have priority registration for all of the Troy Public Library event. If someone does not have a TPL issued library card, they can still register to be put on the Pending Waitlist. If there is space available one week before the program, they will be moved to the main registration list and notified.
