Sound Bath with Elise

Join us on Friday, August 15 at 7:00pm for a healing sound bath with sound therapist Elise Manzo.

Bathe in the vibration of Elise’s Tibetan singing bowls for balance and support for healing. Sound therapy offers relief from stress, blocks, and imbalances on all levels: spiritual, emotional, physical. The vibration and resonance of the bowls soothe the body and the mind. Sound healing offers the immediate benefit of an elevated mood, the effects of which can be felt for days. Elise is our favorite sound healer and we welcome you to share in this wonderful monthly event!
