Restorative Yoga is a deeply nourishing practice designed to soothe the nervous system, support healing, and create space for profound rest, something we all need, yet so rarely give ourselves. While often underestimated, restorative work is both an art and a science, blending alignment, intentional sequencing, and the use of props to create an environment where the body can fully let go.
This 5 hour training is just a tiptoe into the world of Restorative Yoga, a topic that could easily fill an entire weekend or more, condensed into a powerful, experiential 5-hour workshop.
Price: $112.50
