Community Health Fair
SAVE THE DATE 📅

Our 4th Annual Community Health Fair will be held on March 28, 2026 from 7am to 10am at the Hanover Community Building.

We will be a offering FREE lab panel consisting of: CMP, Lipid and CBC.

Discounted labs available include: A1c, TSH. Vitamin D, and PSA.
