About the event

Southwick Park Run

Last Saturday some of our staff ran the "Park run" at Southwick park. We will joining this great event the first Saturday every month with the next being June (7th) and if you don't fancy running the 5km we will also have a group walking it. Please come and join us -we will be wearing the Beckington Family Practice T-shirts as worn by the team on Saturday.
