🔥 FIT Monday – 45 minutes
A full-body workout to build stamina, strength, and confidence.
🏋️ Weights Wednesday + Nutrition Check-In – 60 minutes
Learn safe, effective strength training alongside weekly, achievable nutrition goals—no diets, just sustainable habits.
🧘 Core & Flow Thursday – 45 minutes
Improve core strength, mobility, and movement flow to help you feel strong and capable.
