Scott DePaolo has worked in the horse industry in a variety of roles since 1982. He has managed and operated Butte Creek Scout Ranch for the Boy Scouts of America for over 30 years. He has been a huge influence locally here in Oregon and all over the West Coast teaching Ranch Roping and keeping the tradition alive!
His hobbies include training bridle horses, competing in ranch roping, reining, and working cow horse events as well as traveling to both teach and participate in ranch horsemanship and roping clinics.
Lily Santulli is the owner/operator of Red Horse Ranch (RHR) Versatility, multiple time Featured PNW clinician, Fiesta Cowboy Gathering Ranch Roping Champion and future snaffle bit Futurity champion.
While she is heading to the NRCHA Snaffle Bit Futurity in 2026 with her home bred Metallic Cat colt, Lily remains dedicated to teaching her students and clients daily at her training facility here in Oregon. In addition to daily hands-on experience, Lily is a sought-after clinician and presenter, teaching clinics across the PNW. She is known for her engaging and informative sessions on topics such as foundation training, colt starting, and performance horse training, while creating the confident, connected & versatile horse we need in the Cowhorse, and Ranch Roping today.
Join us for a day of Horsemanship, Fellowship, and everything horse
Beginners are welcomed and encouraged. If you have never Ranch Roped with your horse before and want to learn in a safe environment with your horse, this is also the place for you.
Advanced Ranch Ropers, come and freshen up your skills and get ready for the season!
