𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗢𝗸𝘀𝗮𝗻𝗮 𝗦𝗮𝗿𝘇𝗵𝗲𝘃𝘀𝗸𝗮-𝗞𝗿𝗮𝘃с𝗵𝗲𝗻𝗸𝗼
For the past 15 years, Oksana has been working in the enterprise sector as an administrative and financial expert. Currently a director of the IZOLYATSIA foundation (Ukraine). Having a background in the management of large industrial enterprises, Oksana started her collaboration with IZOLYATSIA in 2010 as a volunteer, consultant, and manager. In 2014 she officially joined the team as a full member. She has since been responsible for international, government and business communications, fundraising and management of the organisation's core activities.
Oksana has experience with various projects funded by Creative Europe, Goethe Institute, British Council, National Endowment for Democracy, USAID, Swedish Institute, Danish Institute, European Cultural Foundation, as well as building socially responsible business models with IZONE Creative Hub (Kyiv).

The online session will explore key aspects of financial management for successful cultural initiatives. Oksana Sarzhevskaya-Kravchenko will share her practical experience and insights, helping you better understand grant management, communication, and project reporting. She will offer hands-on advice on budgeting, identifying eligible expenses, collecting required documentation, and avoiding common mistakes when preparing applications and reports. The session will also address legal aspects of financial management, best practices for communicating with donors, requirements for financial and narrative reporting, and strategies to ensure the long-term sustainability of your project.

Thalia Giovannelli is a cultural manager and network coordinator with experience across Italy, France, Serbia, Romania, and Sweden. She has worked with organisations such as Trans Europe Halles, Espace Malraux – Scène nationale, EUROPAVOX, and many more, developing and managing European cooperation projects, building organisational systems (digital and on-site), and supporting grassroots cultural initiatives. Passionate about defending independent culture, Thalia combines hands-on administrative expertise with a creative, collaborative approach, ensuring that ideas can flourish within local communities up to international networks.

This lecture introduces participants to the complex landscape of digital productivity tools, exploring their opportunities, limitations, and ethical dimensions. It offers a practical overview of key tool categories and ecosystems while encouraging critical reflection on digital dependency, sustainability, and informed choice.
