✨Get ready for a thrilling hike through one of Lebanon’s hidden gems! This time, we’re heading to Andket village in Akkar – a land of lush forests, steep valleys, and rich heritage.
🔸Our journey begins in Andket, a village nestled at 620m altitude and home to vast pine and oak forests covering nearly half its land! We’ll descend on a scenic dirt path into the magical Wadi Aoudine, where biodiversity and history merge into a breathtaking experience.
🏞 Along the trail, expect:
✨ Flowing rivers & ancient water canals
🏚️ Old silk factory, ancient mills & ruins
⛪ Mar Lean Church & 1900-year-old stone remnants
🌳 Dense forests and panoramic hilltop views
🚶♂️A final forest trail leads us to charming Qobayat village

🌲 Wadi Aoudine - Menjez : Where Nature Meets Heritage!
⛪️Peaceful visit to the scenic Saint Elias Church, nestled among pine-covered hills and flowing streams.
🏘️Visit the charming village of Menjez to admire the striking St. Mary Church, built entirely from volcanic basalt stones – a true architectural gem!
🪨Step back in time at the Menjez Museum, where local history and culture come to life through rare artifacts and stories of Akkar’s past.
🚶Easy walk in Andket, reconnect with nature, and meet up with Group 1
🗺️ A perfect mix of spirituality, history, and natural beauty – all in one exciting day!
🕖 Departure:
• 7:00 AM Furn El Chebbak (Burger King)
• 7:15 AM Dbayeh (before Spinneys, under Naccache bridge)
🥐 Breakfast stop on the way
🕖 Return to Beirut around 7 PM
🚐 We can pick up hikers on the route!
💰 Fees: $25
(Includes: transportation, guides, first aid kit – excludes medical insurance)
