Calendula Medicine Rest Circle

In a world that constantly asks us to do more, be more, and move faster, I invite you to do something radical……I invite you to rest. I invite you to join the August Calendula Medicine Rest Circle—a gentle yoga and yoga nidra experience for women to connect with the healing energy of calendula.

Your Invitation to Rest:

The Calendula Medicine Rest Circle is a way to step away from the frenzied pace of daily life. It is an opportunity to slow down and to rest in community. I invite you to accept this invitation to present with yourself, to gently move the body, to breathe deeply and to rest completely. I hope you will join us.

The details:

The Rest Circle is 5-6:30. It includes gentle yoga, yoga nidra reclined meditation, journaling and an opportunity to share about your experience. This session is in collaboration with Darby Sheir.

Donation based. Between
$10-$20 you suggested. Donation includes the event and calendula tea to take home. Please bring cash payable at time of event.

Please bring a mat or blanket, a journal & pen and water.
