Applicants must be able to swim 25 meters unaided
Applicants must be over 18

Items you need to bring:

Swimwear
Old runners or water-sports booties
Towel
Change of clothes
Hand sanitizer and sunscreen for face and hands
Light sports top / rash vest for underneath wetsuit

All other gear is provided.
