This One-Day-Retreat invites you on a full-spectrum journey through VOICE, CACAO, RITUAL, and SOUL DANCE - an exploration of expression, connection, and embodiment held in the heart of nature.

🔊 14:00-16:30 –> Vocal Activation Workshop with Carolina Chrem (International Voice Facilitator).
Awaken your voice, free your authentic expression, and tune into the vibration of your inner sun.
🌼 16:30-18:00 –> Community Picnic
Time to relax, connect, and share food in nature. Bring your favourite dish to share!
🤎 18:00-19:30 –> Heart-opening Cacao Ceremony & Fire Solstice Ritual with Janina.
A Sacred Space to honour Mother Earth and her rhythm of cycles. A reminder we are Nature. A powerful ritual to connect with our ancestors and the fire energy.
✨ 19:30-21:30 –> Soul Wave Dance Journey & Live Percussion with Pav. Where movement becomes medicine - to feel, to heal, and to come home to ourselves.
🌀 21:30-22:30 –> Human Circle around the Fire under the Solstice Sky. Time to slow down, connect from heart to heart and enjoy life together in a meaningful way.
