Spring is almost here, and it’s time to give the Marsh some love! ❤️🧹

Join the Friends for the Abbott Marshlands for our semi-annual Spring Cleanup in the Roebling Memorial Park within the Abbott Marshlands, a freshwater tidal marshlands system that collects trash from river tides and inland storm drains. Volunteers help keep the ecosystem healthy and the water clean.

Co-sponsors: Mercer County Park Commission, and AmeriCorps NJ Watershed Ambassadors Program.

What to bring/know: Wear sturdy shoes, bring your own gloves if you prefer, and dress for the weather. Water and snacks will be provided at the Nature Center. Registration is required so organizers can plan for attendance — you can register on the event page linked above.
