Looking to get moving, have fun, and meet new people? This Quinte West Public Library running group is all about enjoying exercise at your own pace in a relaxed, welcoming environment.

This is a Not-So-Serious Running Group so there's no pressure—just good company, fresh air, and a great way to stay active!

When: Tuesdays evenings, May 6 to June 17 from 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM

Where: Staff member, Lisa will meet you in the Quinte West Public Library Foyer (7 Creswell Dr), before we all head outside for our running route.

What to wear:
Comfortable clothing and running shoes that suit your style and fitness level.

Water:
Bring a refillable water bottle! There’s a water fountain inside the foyer for your convenience.
