Step into the groove this Haitian Heritage Month at Koktèl (Cocktails) & Konpa, a unique cultural experience on Sunday, May 11, 2025, from 4PM–7PM at The Conservatory Mansion in Trenton, NJ.
This interactive soirée features 2 local Haitian bartenders from Well Plugged Event Solutions alongside special guest bartender Hall Gonzalez of Hall Ent., shaking up signature Haitian-inspired cocktails in a live tasting demo. Guests will sample all 3 cocktails, each paired with authentic Haitian appetizer bites.
After sipping and snacking, it’s time to dance. Led by the vibrant JiJi, you'll learn the basic steps of Konpa, the sensual Haitian partner dance that’s taking the world by storm.

Each bartender will craft a unique Haitian-inspired cocktail while sharing their techniques and flavor inspirations. Guests will enjoy samples of all three cocktails and take home recipe cards to recreate the drinks at home, keeping the vibes going.
