Hatha Flow

This flowy, playful class offers a blend of Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga that will have your body feeling amazing. A mix of seated, standing, balance, and reclined poses mixed with breath work and meditation. The balance you have been looking for in a yoga class. There are modifications for all making this class accessible for all yogis and beginners alike.
