Sonic Sound & Breath

Bookended by sound bath, begin with gentle movement and soft sounds as you welcome yourself and prepare your body for breath and transformation. The class will provide a safe space to explore somatic breathwork practices for 30-45mins and then conclude with a dreamy sound bath with chimes and crystal bowls to help you integrate your experience.

Somatic Breathwork is a transformative healing modality that integrates intentional breathwork with body awareness. This bottom-up approach helps you connect with your body’s innate wisdom, unlocking and releasing stored emotions, and stress. Using various breathing techniques, Stephanie creates a safe environment that empowers you to explore and release what no longer serves you. By creating space for emotional healing, this practice fosters personal growth, mental clarity, and wellbeing.
