Meet on the sand SUNDAY 9/7 anytime after 6:30PM for a very special sunset / full moon beach yoga practice to honor the Full Harvest Moon in Pisces and Lunar Eclipse.
✨Practice will BEGIN at 6:45PM and end in seated meditation watching the sunset and moonrise 🌝
This invigorating yet deeply grounding yoga practice is appropriate for all levels of yogis- including and especially beginners.
Bring a yoga mat, beach towel, or blanket and a bottle of water. HIGHLY RECOMMEND wearing a bathing suit under your clothes and going for a dip after practice.
You will have the opportunity to close practice by joining in the infamous “cinnamon roll” to chant OM x3, OM SHANTI SHANTI SHANTI, OM PEACE PEACE PEACE
Class is by donation of any amount. No one ever turned away for lack of funds; this is a Seva yoga practice.
I will have a jar for cash donations.
