Wisdom of Happiness is a documentary featuring the 14th Dalai Lama, who shares practical wisdom for navigating 21st-century challenges through compassion and inner peace. The film presents an intimate, cinematic experience of the Dalai Lama's teachings, combined with archival footage from his life and a focus on managing emotions and finding hope in chaos. It encourages viewers to use their minds to analyze their beliefs and emotions to find a more balanced and happy life.
