Hickory Hills Hill Bounding

Come join me in doing some hill bounding to get in shape for skiing!

No prior experience or existing fitness needed - it can be as hard or easy as you make it.

Wear running appropriate shoes and clothing; bring water and ski or hiking poles you don't mind using in the dirt. (Ideally ones that are traditional x-country length or a bit shorter.)
