Group Meditation Satsang

Meeting every Wednesday, 7PM, at the Higher Self on Front Street. Through the summer hours the main entrance is open through 7PM store open hours, we meet in a back room with the gracious support of the Higher Self.

Welcoming new and experienced meditators of all traditions, we've been a vibrant group for many years. Evenings typically involve a discussion, structured meditation, and sharing of experiences. Meditations vary each week, and tend to be both powerful and approachable.

Our intent is to foster a loving and safe space, where participants can drop their defenses and loosen their grip on our typical ego-centered way of living. Combined with the meditation processes we can come into contact with the inner divine nature which is beyond the body and mind. Once this happens the supposed challenges of our varied life situations are seen in a new context, and we re-join the game of life with greater calm, clarity, and peace. See less
