CHAKRA SOUND JOURNEY with Mari Dew

NEW WINTER SERIES: Last Saturday of the Month at NEW MOON YOGA COLLABORATIVE in Traverse City!

Winter Sessions: Saturdays: December 27th, January 31st and February 28th from 1-2pm

The “CHAKRA SOUND JOURNEY” includes a combination of rhythmic backing tracks along with crystal singing bowls and gong, shamanic drums and rattles, percussive instruments, Tibetan singing bowls, water sounds, bells and chimes. I will create a unique sound healing experience that takes us on a journey through the seven chakras, the energy centers in the body that run up the spine from our root to the crown or our head. By guiding the sound through the seven chakras, we call them into alignment, and we become conduits of light, connecting the energy of the Earth below us and the Sky above and finding balance at the center - in our hearts.
