Brim NEW Local Wine Tasting!

Brim is a tiny, low-intervention wine project from a brewer-turned-winemaker in Traverse City — wines made simply, thoughtfully, and just “full enough.” The focus is on expressing the beauty of northern Michigan fruit with minimal interference. We’ll be pouring his Sauvignon Blanc from Old Mission (rounder, lightly oxidative, with apricot and tropical notes) and a fresh, light-bodied Gamay from Leelanau County showing bright fruit, crushed pepper and a stony finish.
