About the Program:
Cultivating Clarity is a 6-week guided journey rooted in yogic philosophy, designed to help you release mental clutter and restore inner focus.
Each week, we’ll explore powerful teachings like:
Pratyahara (drawing inward)
Dharana (focused attention)
Kleshas (understanding obstacles to clarity)
Svadhyaya (self-study & reflection)
Sankalpa (setting a heart-centered intention)
