Women's Self Defense Workshop- Round TWO

Back by popular demand — we’re bringing back our Women’s Self-Defense Class with Zane Forest of Greenville Combatives Academy for a second powerful session at The Nest!

If you missed the first one, now’s your chance to join us for an morning of hands-on training, real-world techniques, and confidence-building tools — all in a supportive, no-pressure environment.

No experience needed. Just wear comfortable clothes and come ready to learn. Let’s continue building strength, awareness, and community — together.
